The Chapel at Asylum

Founded in 2010, Asylum is an artist-led organisation based at the Caroline Gardens Chapel in Peckham, Southwark. The group uses the chapel for exhibitions, as well as a project space. This south-east London venue is a Grade II listed building that can be hired for private events, including weddings and civil ceremonies, film and photography shoots, and a range of other functions. The haunting space features exposed brick, colourful stained glass windows and plenty of original features. The Chapel is situated north of Queens Road (Peckham) station on the London Overground.

Kew Gardens

Situated in Richmond upon Thames, the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, is home to 121 hectares of gardens and glasshouses. The south-west London gardens first opened in 1759 and now welcome over one million visitors each year. The Nash Conservatory at Kew Gardens features floor-to-ceiling windows that provide ample natural light. The venue is a pretty spot for weddings, receptions, and other private and corporate events. Founded in 1989, the south-east London museum is among the capital's best and attracts an estimated 200,000 visitors each year. Based in a former warehouse from the Forties, the building also houses the Blue Print Café with views of Tower Bridge. There are three modern and versatile spaces at the site that accommodate up to 250 guests, including the Contemporary Design Gallery, the Design Museum Space and the Riverside Hall. The River Thames and views of the City and Canary Wharf provide an incredible backdrop for any event. The Design Museum is a fifteen-minute walk from London Bridge Station and ten minutes from Tower Hill tube station.
